Fixed some bugs and improvements:
-skins not having a possibility to buy some drinks
-fixed enemy sounds also be affected to sound slider
-Custom difficulty's scaling didn't work like intended
-fixed "Deadly, but Delicious" achievement not working
-made some improvements to "never going to happen" achievement
-skins couldn't make use of regenation juice
-made Berserker easier by making a whole new Berserker scaling system (now scales with missing health than the damage they took)
-Endless's scaling now also scales with enemy money
